I ended up repositioning the frame and tightening the screws myself with minor help from this person. This person was very nice and came with a handful of tools but you could tell this wasn’t their main job. It took a couple more hours for someone from the property to come out. We tried several means and finally got a response via text. It took a couple of hours to get an actual person to respond. The bed and boxspring had fallen through the frame and were sitting on the floor. There was also brown matter smeared on one of the stairwells which I only hope was some kind of food and not fecal matter. We were greeted with several large patches of mold as we walked up the stairs. This unit was very clean but the cleanliness of the property is suspect. The bay views from the 3rd floor are awesome and you’re a 5 minute walk to whitecap beach. I know pricing is seasonal because we visit this area a lot but we’ve stayed in way nicer places than this for less money. Not that big a deal but something to be aware of. This unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator. There are individual buildings with 6-12 units in each building. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
